What vehicles do you support?
Most gas and diesel passenger vehicles and light trucks 1996 and newer. Hybrid and some EV support is available for common models. If we can’t support your vehicle, we’ll refund you.

Do I need an OBD scanner?
No. We can work from your symptom description alone. If you do have OBD-II codes, you can add them to make your report more precise.

Is this the same as a shop diagnosis?
AutoBrain AI combines real mechanic intelligence with AI to narrow down the most likely causes and next steps. It’s similar to what a technician would do in the first stage of diagnostics, but it does not replace a hands-on inspection when required.

How do I receive my report?
We email you a report within 2 hours of your submission, along with a summary in the email body.

What if I’m not happy with the report?
If our primary diagnosis is clearly wrong, we’ll re-run it or refund you.
